General terms and conditions

These terms are deemed to be accepted by our customers once in receipt of a sales order.

  1. All wares remain the sole property of Bee Taylor Ceramics until you have paid in full (including the carriage charges where applicable).
    Risk passes to you at the time of delivery and you are advised to take out cover in respect of goods once they have been dispatched to customer's premises.
  2. Bee offers a bespoke service to client's specifications.
    Therefore returns will not be accepted except by prior arrangement agreed with her.
    In case of returned special commission pieces, a charge will be made for work undertaken upon time the written notification of cancellation is received.
  3. Goods will be invoiced at the prices current at the date of order.
    Bee reserves the right to alter prices and specifications without notice.
  4. Subject to availability, Bee Taylor endeavours to supply goods by the requested delivery date.
    Every effort is made to send complete orders: however, she reserves the right to make part deliveries due to external factors beyond her control.
    Items which cannot be dispatched for immediate delivery will become balance orders for a later date.
  5. A specific carriage charge will be given on receipt of your order.
    Orders are sent via next day delivery service within the UK.
  6. Bee endeavours to supply you with high quality production: selective R.O.K.ware(run of kiln).
    If on delivery, goods are found to be defective or damaged Bee must be notified within 7 days of the date of delivery otherwise no liability will be accepted.
    Credit notes or replacements will only be given if the items are returned within 7 days.
  7. Bee advise all customers to sign "unchecked" next to their signature, as it is not always possible for carriers to wait for you to clarify that you have no breakages.
    Failure to comply will result in the company declining to accept responsibility.
  8. All Bee Taylor's products are based on our her intellectual property rights and she retains absolute copyright of these, actionable in law for any breaches thereof.
    Bee Taylor is a member of GA COPYWATCH.
  9. All new accounts will be by ProForma Invoice.
    BeeTaylor produces specialised products and therefore can only extend credit terms after 6 months of business.
    After this period of time credit accounts can be established against two trade/bankers references.
    Settlement is strictly 30 days from date of invoice.
    In the event of late payment Bee Taylor reserves the right to charge interest per calendar month or part thereof, and future orders will only be accepted against ProForma Invoice.
